Misconception 1: Acrylic = silicon PU?
No.acrylic floor paint It is a water-based coating system, costs about 1/3 of silicon PU, has ball elasticity A+, and complies with GB 18581-2020 coating VOC standard. Silicon PU is a polyurethane system, with unit price of ¥250-400/㎡, and is actually more expensive. For a low-intensity sport like pickleball, acrylic performance is fully sufficient.
Misconception 2: Must a tennis court be rebuilt to play pickleball?
