1. Project Background and Pain Points
As a benchmark chain multi-court venue in its category, Pickleboo faced a series of detail issues during daily operations and coaching sessions that directly affected client retention:
- Frequent ball drift interference: With multiple adjacent courts under heavy use, balls frequently fly into neighboring courts — causing abrupt interruptions and creating physical collision safety hazards.
- Visual disorder: A large open space lacking physical sightline dividers projects insufficient professionalism, impeding the venue's ability to host high-level events and convert premium memberships.
- No-drill substrate constraint: The venue base features a high-spec underfloor heating system combined with high-density hardwood or thick rubber flooring — traditional anchor drilling is not permitted.
2. Accessories System Selected
To optimize traffic flow and strengthen brand presence without damaging the floor structure, Pickleboo chose LOCVIN sports accessories systems:
- Core equipment: LOCVIN freestanding mobile court dividers. Heavy-gauge steel tube frame, base fitted with high-abrasion rubber non-slip pads — stable freestanding partition without floor anchoring.
- Custom fabric: Divider panels use double-sided high-strength water-resistant Oxford fabric, custom color-matched and precision double-sided LOGO silk-screen printed to Pickleboo's VIS standards.

3. Delivery Highlights and Replicable Configuration
This project strongly validates the operational truth that "after the court is built, accessory details determine professionalism." Replicable learnings include:
- Eliminating ball drift safety hazards: Mobile freestanding dividers completely block adjacent courts, effectively preventing low-trajectory ball drift — greatly improving flow during private lessons and matches.
- Unlocking brand advertising value: Custom-printed divider panels not only unify the visual aesthetic but also serve as display backdrops for the venue's own events, sponsors, and corporate team-building activations — generating additional advertising revenue.
- One-stop full delivery: LOCVIN simultaneously delivered ball carts, ball pickers, and other small accessories — eliminating the need to coordinate with multiple suppliers, achieving a single-order, full-kit truck delivery.
